BMW Motorcycles of Richfield, a part of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking a Sales Associate for our team, providing for an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and enjoy assisting our guests with purchasing their BMW or Ducati motorcycle!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist guests and provide a great experience and customer service
• Help customers with finding and purchasing the motorcycle and accessories that fits their needs
• Ensure all gear, accessories, and motorcycles are properly displayed
• Provide customers with information about our wide range of products
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with motorcycle and powersports accessories, and personal protection items
• Must be a powersports enthusiast!
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and professionalism
• Valid motorcycle & driver license with good driving record
